Thomas C. Boldry, DPM, FACFAS

Dr Boldry’s goal as a podiatrist is to help make patients feel their very best. When your feet hurt it can affect many aspects of your life. Dr Boldry believes in exploring as many non-invasive options as possible before taking a patient to the operating room. But whether it is to be a simple injection or outpatient surgery you will be in good hands. After 25 years as a podiatric surgeon Dr Boldry knows what it takes to get you back on your feet again!

Dr. Boldry is a board certified surgeon specializing in podiatric surgery. He attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. Dr Boldry completed his residency training in Podiatric Surgery at J.L. Pettis Memorial Hospital in Loma Linda, California. After completing his residency Dr. Boldry moved to Kansas City where he joined Comprehensive Foot Centers, PA. Dr Boldry has spent the last twenty five years making Comprehensive Foot Centers, PA one of the largest and busiest podiatry clinics in the Kansas City area. When not practicing medicine Dr. Boldry has many hobbies including flying, vintage cars, motorcycles and enjoys a wide variety of sports. Dr Boldry is married with three children, Claire, Hannah and Jacob and resides in Shawnee, KS.

James J. Good, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Good believes in being on-time, efficient and available for his patients. He strives to use evidence based medicine to achieve conservative cures when possible. When surgery becomes necessary, he possesses the experience, skill and artistry to achieve excellent surgical outcomes.  Dr. Good has let his passsion for teaching shine through as the Director of the Podiatry Residency Program for 10 years. He continues to work with the resdients of Truman Medical Center teaching Foot & Ankle surgery and wound care. 

Dr Good is married and is the proud father of two great kids. He enjoys spending weekends watching his daughter play soccer and volleyball and watching and coaching his son's baseball team. He also enjoys playing golf and is a former triathlete.

Paul O. Gorby, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Gorby is a board certified surgeon specializing in podiatric medicine. He has received numerous honors and distinctions in the medical field. Dr. Gorby grew up Youngstown, Ohio. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Combined Sciences at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio he went on to obtain his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Gorby completed his surgical residency at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. After his residency, Dr Gorby and his wife, Julie, moved to the Kansas City area and joined Comprehensive Foot Centers, PA. When Dr. Gorby isn’t authoring or assisting in the publishing of articles in foot and ankle literature he enjoys running and cheering on the Pittsburg Steelers, but most of all he enjoys spending time with his two children, Braeden and Alea.

Matthew D. Nielsen, DPM, FACFAS

Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate and gentle care of all foot and ankle pathology. We strive to provide this level of care in a comfortable, caring environment where a friendly and knowledgeable staff serves as a vital part of the care delivery team. Our physicians are committed to a level of continued medical education that allows patients to receive the most current advances in treatment of all conditions of the foot and ankle through both surgical and non-surgical remedies as appropriate to each patient as an individual.

Dr. Nielsen is board certified in foot surgery. He has authored numerous posters and papers in the field of podiatric medicine and surgery and he has spoken at numerous conferences on a variety of Podiatric subjects both locally and throughout the country. Dr Nielsen grew up in the Kansas City area and is a graduate of Liberty High School. After attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah he went on to obtain his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Des Moines University, College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Nielsen completed his 3 year surgical residency at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After his residency, Dr Nielsen and his wife, Amber, moved back to the Liberty area with their three children, Carter, Hayden and Abigail. When Dr Nielsen isn’t practicing medicine he keeps busy with his family enjoying waterskiing, wakeboarding, downhill skiing, running, cycling or training for triathlons. He also is a big fan of college basketball and football. Go BYU!

Todd W. Nielsen, DPM, AACFAS

My goal is to provide compassionate and skilled care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. I am continually seeking to add to my medical education in order to provide the best care possible for my patients, be it surgical or non-surgical.

Dr. Nielsen is a board qualified podiatric surgeon trained right here in town. He grew up in Liberty, and attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate education. After college he obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Nielsen completed his 3 year residency training at Truman Medical Center Lakewood in Kansas City. He and his wife participate in foster care for children of all ages in the Kansas City area. He enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, exercising, waterskiing, rock climbing, and cheering for the Royals.

Alex M. Sabers, DPM, AACFAS

My mission is to advance and optimize podiatric medicine in the greater Kansas City area. My goal is to provide quality, compassionate and expert care to help you feel your best. I am dedicated to continuing medical education and providing the most up to date and effective treatments for my patients whether it is surgical or non-surgical.

Dr. Sabers is a board qualified surgeon specializing in podiatric medicine and surgery. He grew up in Ames, Iowa and attended the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in biomedical biology and minored in chemistry. After college he obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Sabers then completed his surgical residency training at Truman Medical Center Lakewood here in Kansas City. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and cheering on the Royals and Chiefs.
